LDAP Enrichment Source
LDAP Enrichment Source enables you to add a Lightweight Directory
Access Protocol (LDAP) server as an enrichment source in Logpoint.
It fetches user information from an LDAP server and enriches
the search results.
Bug Fix
LP-69203
LDAP enrichment stopped retrieving data when the objectSid or
objectGUID attributes were missing, even when other requested
LDAP attributes were valid.
Vulnerability Fix
The vulnerability arose from improper credential reuse when editing an existing LDAP Enrichment Source. Previously stored database credentials were retained even when connection parameters (Host/IP/Port) were modified.
When editing the source, any previously stored credentials are removed. Users must re-enter the credentials and save the configuration.
