You can now monitor SMDR (Station Messaging Detail Record) logs with color-coded indicators and set an inactivity threshold to determine when to mark the log source inactive.
Bug Fix
PLUG-15825
In certain older base ISO versions, upgrading to Logpoint 7.5.0 or later displayed config generation error during installation. However, after installation, log collection was not affected.
Installation
Follow these steps to install the MitelFetcher v5.0.0 application:
- Download the MitelFetcher_5.0.0 file provided in the Download section above.
- Extract the zip file to obtain the MitelFetcher_5.0.0.pak file.
- Install the application by importing the pak file to LogPoint under Settings >> System >> Applications.
- Add a required device in LogPoint.
- Click the Add collectors/fetchers icon under the Actions column.
- Click Mitel Fetcher.
- In the Mitel Fetcher panel: Select a Parser . Select a Processing Policy. Select the Charset. Enter the Port of the Mitel server . Click Submit.
