Installation

Steps to install Hex2Ascii Process Plugin v3.0.0:

Download the Hex2Ascii Process Plugin package provided above in the Download section.
Install the package by importing the pak file to LogPoint under Settings >> System >> Applications.

Dependencies

The application package is for LogPoint v6.0.0 and later.

Important Notice

Hex2Ascii Process Plugin v3.0.0 is supported only on LogPoint v6.0.0 and later.

Usage Information

Syntax: | process hex_to_ascii(fieldname1) as string

For example, "| process hex_to_ascii(user_hex) as user" query converts the user_hex value to readable ASCII value and assigns it to the user field.
