Email notification issue in LPSM when Data Privacy Module is enabled

Description:

When the Data Privacy Module is enabled, LPSM sends access requests for encrypted fields to Logpoint. Although Logpoint processes these requests correctly and the changes take effect, Logpoint was unable to communicate back with LPSM, preventing LPSM from sending email notifications to users about whether their requests were approved or denied. Users can still view the request status as Granted or Denied in the LPSM Request list.
