Non-admin users cannot access plugin configuration under system settings and enrichment sources

With the new RBAC implementation in Logpoint v7.8.0, non-admin users cannot view plugins, including CNDP, AgentX, Recorded Future, Universal Normalizer, and STIX/TAXII under Settings >> Configurations, and configure enrichment sources, even when assigned to permission groups that previously allowed this access.
