Domain name change leaves fabric cluster in an inconsistent state

Description:

If you change the domain name of a clustered Fabric deployment using the change-ip command, the process hangs during network configuration. This leaves the cluster in an inconsistent state and disrupts operations across all Fabric servers.

Hence, do not change the domain name in a clustered Fabric deployment until this issue is fixed.
