Description:
After upgrading Logpoint to v7.9.0 via Director v2.10.0 or v2.10.1, Logpoint can intermittently become unreachable from LPSM and show “Logpoint is unavailable.” When this occurs, LPSM users will be unable to perform any operations or monitoring on the affected Logpoint, including searching logs, viewing dashboards, and creating or running reports.
Workaround:
Restart the commander_vpnclient service by running the following command:
sudo sv restart /etc/service/commander_vpnclientThis action requires root permissions. If you do not have the required access, contact Guardsix support to perform the restart.
