Description:
After upgrading Logpoint to v7.9.0 via Director v2.10.0 or v2.10.1, Logpoint becomes unreachable from LPSM, displaying the message "Logpoint is unavailable". As a result, LPSM users will be unable to perform any operations or monitoring on the affected Logpoint, including searching logs, viewing dashboards, and creating or running reports.
Workaround:
Restart the commander_vpnclient service by running the following command:
sudo sv restart /etc/service/commander_vpnclientThis action requires root permissions. If you do not have the required access, contact Guardsix support to perform the restart.
