AgentX Server
AgentX Server communicates with the agents installed in the endpoints, manages configurations remotely, and monitors their statuses. It is the communication gateway between AgentX Manager installed in Logpoint and AgentX Client installed in the endpoint.
Key Information
- AgentX Server certificate, which is presented to Agent for server validation, expires in February 2027. We recommend upgrading to AgentX Server v1.9.0, which includes a renewed certificate valid until July 2036.
- The default AgentX root CA certificate is renewed, and its validity is extended by 10 years. The current certificate expires on 1 January 2027; after that date, agents that use it can no longer communicate with AgentX Server. Upgrade to AgentX Server v1.9.0 before 1 January 2027 to avoid this. This applies only to new enrolments. Custom root CAs remain unchanged and must be managed separately.
- AgentX Server v1.9.0 works only with AgentX Manager v1.10.0. After you install AgentX Server v1.9.0, install AgentX Manager v1.10.0.
