[Support Announcement] May 12, 2026 - Servicedesk (Support Portal) Upgrade
Please note that our Support Portal (Servicedesk) will be updated on May 12th, 2026, Tuesday, between 4 AM and 7 AM UTC. During the upgrade, minor to almost no functionality will be affected (you can however use alternative ways to contact support via email or phone support as described in Support Overview).
User Impact
You may need to Log out of https://servicedesk.guardsix.com and log in again to see all changes applied. To get the most out of the new designs, we recommend using Google Chrome.
Update Summary
The update will roll out several changes to the Servicedesk portal such as:

Improved Ticket Conversations [CS-193]
Fixed the ordering of comments in ticket views for clearer and more intuitive communication. -
Enhanced Article Layout [CS-194]
Reintroduced the sidebar and optimised content width to improve readability. - Other improvements [CS-192]
